Tell us when you need it. We schedule delivery around your event, not around our counter hours — early starts, afternoons and evenings included. If the time you need isn't available online, call and we'll arrange it.

Pay how it suits you. Card online, EFTPOS, direct debit, cash on delivery or 7-day terms for account customers.
What We Cater

Breakfast — breakfast platters. Bacon and egg rolls, wraps, croissants, fruit and pastries.

Grazing and platters — cheese platters, antipasto platters. Hot finger food, mini pies and sausage rolls, sliders and skewers.

Catering FAQs
Do you deliver catering to my office?
We deliver free to Bella Vista, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Winston Hills, Seven Hills, Blacktown, Glenwood and Stanhope Gardens. If you're just outside that list, call 0429 927 628 — we'll usually still get to you.
How far in advance do I need to order?
Order before 12pm and we'll deliver the next day. If you're ordering later than that, or need something sooner, call 0429 927 628 — we can often still fit you in.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, $100. Delivery is free on every order at or above that, so there's no separate delivery fee.
How much is catering per person?
Breakfast platters start at $12 per head for a minimum of 5 people. Breakfast and lunch combos are $22 each for a minimum of 6. Grazing platters are $85 for cheese and $95 for antipasto, each serving 8 to 10 people. Current pricing for every item is on our ordering page.
Can you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, vegan, gluten free, halal and other requirements. Add them to your order notes or call and we'll build the order around them.
Can we pay on account?
Yes. Qualified corporate account customers get 7-day terms. We also take card online, EFTPOS, direct debit or cash on delivery. Email catering@thestagedoorcafe.com.au to set up an account.
Can you deliver outside your opening hours?
Yes. Catering deliveries are scheduled around your event, not our cafe hours — including early starts, afternoons and evenings. If the time you need isn't selectable in the online ordering system, call 0429 927 628 and we'll arrange it.
What are your opening hours?
The cafe trades Monday to Saturday, 6:00am to 1:00pm, at Bella Vista Metro Station. Catering delivery times are separate and scheduled around your event.
How many sandwich platters do I need for 20 people?
Each Sandwich Platter is $50 and serves 4 to 6 people, so 20 people is four platters — $200, which clears our $100 minimum, so delivery is free. If you'd rather order one item per head, Gourmet Sandwich & Wraps are $13 each. Order before 12pm and we deliver the next day across Bella Vista, Norwest, Baulkham Hills, Castle Hill, Kellyville, Rouse Hill, Winston Hills, Seven Hills, Blacktown, Glenwood and Stanhope Gardens. Call 0429 927 628 if you need it sooner.
What catering platters do you offer, and what do they cost?
Sandwich Platter is $50 and serves 4 to 6. Hot Food Platter is $45 for 4 to 6 or $75 for 10 to 12 — gourmet pies, sausage rolls, spinach and cheese triangles, spring rolls and quiches. Premium Cheese Platter is $85 and Antipasto Platter is $95, both serving 8 to 10. Salads are $40 for up to 6 or $70 for 10 to 12 — Classic Caesar, Mediterranean, Chicken Pesto Pasta and Honey Mustard Chicken. Gourmet Sandwiches and Wraps are $13 each, and a Lunch Combo is $22 per head for a minimum of 6.
Do you cater breakfast and morning tea?
Yes. Breakfast Platter is $12 per head with a minimum of 5 — bacon and egg rolls, brekkie wraps and croissants. Morning Tea Platter is $7.50 per head — chocolate and almond croissants, banana bread, pastries and muffins. Both sit under the same $100 minimum order, delivery is free across our service area, and we schedule delivery around your event rather than our counter hours, so early starts are fine.
